Thought they where going to be a good company to work with at first from some reviews (which know i know are not real revies) but turns out we received poor service and had a bad experiance, no longer a client of course, took a loss but had to get away, they only ever tried to push high commision products to us, didnt explain anything and all without caring about what was best for us. Will never recommend or use them again. I would highly recommend you look else where or make sure you fully understand what they are tring to sell you before you deal with these scammers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Dear competitor, thank you for thinking of us again. We will be taking legal action against this posting again, as it appears to be in the same vein as the one made on this site 2 years ago, which was found to be “defamatory and inaccurate”, and that the “post does not report the experience of an actual consumer of the Complainant’s services, and therefore, the post violates Pissed Consumer's Terms of Use.”There are also a few things you forgot to mention about us.

We are locally licensed by the FSA in Japan (we wonder if you are?), and are required to have strict complaints procedures to resolve any client issues that may arise, of which there have never been any. We are one of the oldest, largest and most well-known firms in Japan and are committed to the highest level of service, having experience in advising thousands of happy clients for over 11 years with senior advisors in the industry for close to 20 years.

Can't say much about Argentum from personal experience - although if they are selling Generali / Hansard / Friends provident plans - they are likely taking hefty commissions for the privilege and those plans universally suck - compared to say an index fund. However, at least they do seem to be registered with the FSA - as can be verified here : https://www.fsa.go.jp/en/regulated/licensed/index.html https://www.fsa.go.jp/en/regulated/licensed/fibo.xlsx

LVP CASE ID 16-KC0019—DECISION SUMMARY

Complainant, Argentum Wealth Management K.K. (“Argentum”), submitted a complaint in accordance with the Legitimacy Verification Program (“LVP”). The complaint alleged that Post ID 847802 (the “Post”) contained statements in violation of Section 2 of Pissed Consumer's Terms of Use. The Post’s author was offered the opportunity to respond to the complaint, as provided in LVP Rule 9. The materials submitted by the parties constitute the LVP Record.

Having considered the LVP Record, the Third Party Neutral finds and holds as follows:

With respect to Post ID 847802 dated May 14, 2016, it is more likely than not that the factual statements and innuendo in the Post are defamatory and inaccurate, and that the post does not report the experience of an actual consumer of the Complainant’s services, and therefore, the post violates Pissed Consumer's Terms of Use. Accordingly, Post ID 847802 found at https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/argentum-wealth-management/beware-argentum-advisers-20160514847802.html should be removed in its entirety and the URL should be changed to remove reference to the Complainant.
